Leadership & Motivation course was a unique experience to handle. We have enhanced the capability of Leadership among us. The best possible way was to be cherished by our teacher, the Dean of Sciences Dr. Irfan Haider. His methodology of deliverance is worthwhile experience for each of us. He sequestered our problems & turned our intensives to a highest degree of standards. Under his supervision, we were able to define our vision. Our teaching assistant for this subject Zein Saeed provided his unflinching support along with astounding experience of his life & thought provoking ideas. In all of our assignment, we find each of the crew of PAF KIET backing up us to achieve substantial. Sharing our technology film with our colleagues & maintaining our diary is now our routine. We are habitual of developing habits. Strategic vision is now our first & foremost ideology.

1ST HABIT (BE PROACTIVE)
Every person of Pakistani nation was much surprise with this sudden attack of Indian forces. Whole nation remains proactive on this serious issue. They do not react on this issue like a carbonated water bottle. Following picture depicts their proactivity.
2nd HABIT (BEGIN WITH END IN MIND)
Pakistani forces selected a long term strategy to tackle with Indians. They acted upon the plan & reply them devastatingly. Great writer Ralph Waldo Emerson has said:
A Nation’s Strength
What makes a nation’s pillars high
And its foundations strong?
What makes it mighty to defy
The foes that round it throng?
It is not gold. Its kingdoms grand
Go down in battle shock;
Its shafts are laid on sinking sand,
Not on abiding rock.

3RD HABIT (PUT FIRST THING FIRST)
They first defended that act & then gave them the reaction with a blow. They systematically rescue their beloved citizens & use their resources justly & fairly. They basically analyze this disastrous situation. Then they started to plan for their master plan for a situation like this. They all know that the threat is from India & we have to be prepared for it.
4TH HABIT (THINK WIN WIN)
This is not only our patriotic victory.
This is not only our spiritual victory.
This is not only our materialistic victory. It was all in one victory as both East & West Pakistan combined together & this amalgamated Pakistan clearly damaged Indians.
5TH HABIT (SEEK FIRST TO BE UNDERSTAND THEN TO BE UNDERSTOOD)

All of our soldiers know this that leaders & commanders never wait. They know better than any other else.
6TH HABIT (SYNERGIZE)
Whole nation was seen completely united on this serious issue. They combined their collected efforts & depicted that they are the best. They implemented the strategy of you push & I will fly because their political leaders were not only trustworthy but also praiseworthy.
7TH HABIT (SHARPEN THE SAW)
All 3 militia & military forces knew all the possible options for them because of dictatorship in my country. They use their recommendations & skill for the sole purpose of their country which they all love with their heart & soul.
